KUKA KUKA – Product Warranty Service and Maintenance

1. Customer can request to exchange a new product if found that the product itself is damaged within 7 days from the date of received the product. After 7 days, we only accept provide repair service.

2. Maintenance for sofa product:
   i.  Leather sofa: 10-year warranty service for the mechanical part, free for the first two years; for the rest of eight years, we only charge for the parts cost. Within ten year, we provide free replacement of the seat cotton once.
   ii.  Non-leather sofa: 1 year warranty service only

3. Large wooden furniture has six-month structural warranty service; mechanical parts are guaranteed for thirty days; mattress products enjoy the warranty service provided by specified supplier.

4. The maintenance period is calculated from the date of purchase of the product for the first time. Customers are required to present a valid sales order to prove the date of first purchase.

5. Warranty does not apply to the following conditions
   i.   Glass Accessories
   ii.  Due to improper use, store, move or damage caused by accident, and normal wear and tear
   iii. Customers have their own installation, removal, modification or moving goods.
